JUNIOR GOLF PROGRAMS

The Shriver Golf Academy puts a big emphasis on its Junior Golf Program through many different types of instructional programs, camps, play with the pros after school programs, and much more. Instructors Pat and Bill Shriver, PGA and Chris Ardolina, PGA are award-winning golf instructors known for their work with adults and juniors of all skill levels. Chris Ardolina, who was recently named one of the “Best Young Teachers in America” by Golf Digest, will begin a new series of Junior Golf Programs for the 2024 spring and summer months.

THE SHRIVER ACADEMY INSTRUCTORS

Pat & Bill, the co-owners of Cove Cay, have been teaching and coaching children for many years, and are proud of their golfers and what they have accomplished. Our program has produced current college golfers, and Pat has coached a current LPGA tour player when she was a junior golfer.

Chris Ardolina teaches private lessons for Junior golfers, teaches the Saturday Group Clinic for Junior golfers, is the coach of our Cove Cay PGA Junior League Team and leads our Golf Summer Camp sessions at Cove Cay.  And Chris Ardolina is one of the top kids coaches in the United States! He was recently named one of Golf Digest’s “Best Young Teachers in America” and 2020 US Kids Top 50 Coach. He is the only kids coach in Pinellas County to be recognized as a US Kids Certified Coach and US Kids Top 50 Coach. 

Junior golfers from the Shriver Academy at Cove Cay have done big things! We have current and former students currently playing in many of the junior tours around the country. We also have students playing on local high school golf teams, and we have students that just enjoy golf, and come to our lessons to improve their golf games and enjoy the game with their families and friends. Whatever your child’s goals are, we can accommodate them.
