Course Policies

TEE TIME POLICY
Public tee times may be reserved 7 days in advance. Tee times are for a maximum of 4 players only. If there are more than 4 players in your group, additional tee times must be reserved. If you reserve tee times for 10 golfers, for example, you will need 2 tee times for 4 players and an additional tee time for 2 players with the understanding that we book tee times in foursomes so the twosome may be paired up . These are definite policies that will be enforced. If groups with more than 4 players with back to back tee times attempt to play together, they will be asked to leave the golf course with no refund given. NOTE: Groups of 5 or more requiring more than one tee time will have to pay in advance for tee times Friday-Sunday from May 1st to October 31st. Paying in advance for multiple tee times is required daily between the months of November and May.

CHECK IN POLICY
All golfers must be checked in with the Golf Shop a Minimum of 10 minutes prior to their scheduled Tee Time or risk losing their tee time. All Golfers must arrive at the First Tee at least 5 minutes prior to their tee time or risk losing their scheduled time.

CANCELLATIONS
All Cancellations and Changes must be made at least 24 hours in advance of your tee time. A credit card will be required to secure the tee time (customers may choose to pay cash at the Pro Shop desk or process the payment on their credit card at the time of check in).

ATTIRE
All players must wear proper golf attire. Tank tops and shirts without sleeves are not permitted (men). Ladies must wear appropriate length skirts or shorts and a collared shirt. Sleeveless collared shirts are acceptable for the ladies. Our Golf Shop is stocked with men’s and women’s golf apparel and men’s and women’s dressing rooms are located at the clubhouse.

DAILY DEALS POLICY
When booking a Hot Deal tee time online, you are booking a non-refundable, non-cancellable tee time through a partner of Cove Cay Golf Club. Their booking policies are found on the check-out screen during booking. Please review when completing your order.

GOLF CART

State law prohibits anyone under the age of 18 from operating a golf cart. Golf cart drivers must have a valid ID.
